Rooz ice cream company with more than 51 years of production history has officially started its activity since 1351. Rooz ice cream factory was established in an area of 1.6 hectares in Etihad street of Tehran by Mr. Ali Zulfiqari Kandari, the pioneer of ice cream production industrialization. At present, Rooz ice cream has three production halls and a 1500 ton cold storage and a separate hall for the production of jelly, jelly powder and ice products.
